We're a five-man business team based out of the University of Alabama, working with NASA and The Edge to develop a product that solves one of the most prominent issues in America.

On average, Americans throw out 103 pounds of food each year from their refrigerators. Our product, SENSE, is here to change that. By utilizing NASA’s patent on sans electrical connection sensors, we have developed a plastic container that lets you know when your food has gone bad. No more sniffing leftovers or hoping the microwave will burn off whatever may have gone bad: now you know exactly the condition of your food.
